1. Trust Building and Exploration

Two essential ingredients for a successful coaching engagement are trust and commitment. We begin each coaching partnership by exploring these two areas and confirming expectations for the coaching process.

2. Assessment, Awareness, and Design

After discussing data and insights from a client’s leadership profile, self-assessment inventory, and 360 interviews (where applicable), together, we design their North Star—their ultimate goal for their coaching engagement.

3. Coaching Sessions

We honor each client’s North Star in every coaching session. In a nutshell, each coaching conversation begins with defining success, shifts to exploring what’s possible, and ends with a commitment toward greatness.

4. Alignment with Leader & Key Stakeholders

Structured meetings ensure that the key people who have a stake in the client’s success have aligned objectives for the coaching engagement.
